And the next day is wedding day, where groom side goes to bright house or bright house rent club for the wedding. In the wedding day the first steps is to feed the guest, second steeps to do Akth which is marriage and last part is taking bright to the groom house.
Steps of wedding Plan
We have some tips for the wedding which we think will be helpful for the wedding. But we do all the palnning for the wedding which makes them easirer to follow the steps.
6 to 12 months before the 'BIG DAY'
- Once the engagement is official; the date, time and place for the wedding and reception should be tentatively decided.
- A preliminary list of guests should be drawn up so you know how small or lavish of a wedding to plan.
- Budget for the dates, decorations, travel arrangements, wedding reception honeymoon etc
- Once the date has been set, start looking around for a venue that will fit your budget. Devise a list of questions like, does the hall allow outside caterer or is their a fixed price per plate? Consider your guests dietary needs (some guests might only eat Hallal meat or may be strictly vegetarian.)
4 to 6 Months Before
- Finalize the guest list. If guests are coming out of town, plan their accommodations.
- Make arrangements for the MC of your reception as well as other speakers
- Finalize your photographers, videographers, decorators and other service providers. It is preferable to hire a videographer/photographer who knows.
3 Months Before
- Place your order for the invitations. This allows you one month for the order to be completed. Allow two weeks to mail them out and six weeks to receive a response from your guests. You may need more time for out of town guests to respond, so you may need to send them out sooner.
- Finalize accommodation for out of town guests.
- Decide what you are wearing for your mehndi, sangeet etc.
- Sample the food and cake.
1 to 2 Months Before
- Mail your invitations.
- Book your hairstylist. Try different styles that will accomodate your chunni and will last all day. If possible, ask your stylist if they're available to do a different style for the reception. Also, book your make-up artist. Sample shades that will compliment your face and your outfit.
- Have some trial sessions with your mehndi artist to get an idea.
- Transportation to and from the wedding and reception should be confirmed. Go over with your DJ the type of music you would like for your reception. If there are specific songs to be played at certain times; have a list prepared.
1 to 3 weeks
- Confirm the exact number of guests attending the reception with the hall manager.
- Prepare your payment envelopes for everyone you have hired for your wedding or reception. Give them to someone who you know will be responsible to distribute them.
But Don't Worry, we are here for You!!!!!
